Anorganized self-starter to join our team as an Operations Specialist. A professional well-versed in internal operations, to facilitate virtual meetings for various teams, ensure the reviewing of company data, building reports and supporting programs to improve the company's performance metrics. Engage and support daily activities to support operational excellence and optimization.

What you will do...
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Optimizing operations processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures
- Identifying ways to improve the customer experience
- Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Training new employees and ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed
- Interacting with clients and suppliers, answering questions, and resolving issues
- Self-motivated utilizing problem solving skills to resolve operational challenges
- Tracking and reporting on operational performance
- Maintaining policy and procedures documents
What you bring...
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role
- Ability to work onsite
- Ability to analyze and improve operational processes
- Strong people management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and time management skills
