Who We Need:Â
We’re searching for an Operations Specialist to join our crew. As our ideal Operations Specialist at Brightwell, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our clients and providing solutions to their problems. Your focus will be split between operational dashboard monitoring and client relationship management.Â

**This is a REMOTE position, based in the U.S. Quarterly travel to Atlanta will be required.**Â Eligible states of residence: AL, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, ME, NC, PA, TX, VA, WIÂ

What You’ll Do:Â
- Monitor operations dashboard of daily transaction volume for assigned book of
- business.Â
- Monitor operations dashboard daily error logs for assigned books of business.Â
- Proactively identify trends in error logs and work with clients and internal Brightwell
- departments to alleviate the number of errors.Â
- If urgent, escalate issues directly to the Product and Engineering teams or open a ticket to document the issue in the backlog if it does not require immediate action.Â
- Manage elements of projects with competing priorities.Â
- Act as the first point of contact for any issues escalated directly by clients, whether by phone, email, or online portals.Â
- Manage client-related program guides and documentation.Â
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with all assigned clients.
- Take on other projects, as assigned.Â
As an Operations Specialist, you have:Â
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.Â
- 1+ year of experience working in payments or remittances.Â
- Proven experience in client relations or account management.Â
- Proficiency in data analysis.Â
- A high level of proficiency in Excel (you should be able to effortlessly create pivot tables, V-lookups, X-lookups, etc.)Â
- A high degree of tech savviness.
- Superior written and verbal communication with concise and persuasive presentation skills.Â
- Outstanding attention to detail.Â
