Summary

Under limited supervision, this position performs a variety of routine and complex clerical duties ensuring the timely and accurate processing of paper and or electronic data under strict departmental processing standards and guidelines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Gathers, compiles, sorts, verifies and enters the required information into the system to ensure timely and accurate data processing. • Prepares a variety of standard and complex reports for the department; ensures monthly budget reporting and roll-ups are completed.• Assists internal and external customers with simple routine questions; refers to supervisor for complex issues and or to the appropriate department.• Maintains all documentation according to departmental and company retention guidelines.• Ensures information requests are handled in accordance with departmental and company policies and procedures.• Assists with special employee or community related projects.• Completes, passes and maintains an up to date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s).• Performs all other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:

1. High school diploma or GED and at least 4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
