The Enterprise and GrouponLive teams specialize in bringing dynamic live events, leisure activities and some of Groupon's biggest brands to our subscribers. We support the sales team and manage relationships and processes with our ticketing partners. We are a team of agile problem-solvers who are highly motivated to bring compelling inventory to Groupon's subscribers.

Groupon is seeking an Operations Specialist for the Enterprise and GrouponLive team who will be responsible for obtaining and reviewing data that will improve our operational efficiency. You will work closely with our sales team and external partners to create and maintain effective operational processes. You will also own and update reports, ensure data and metrics we rely on are complete and accurate. You will be working cross functionally with various different teams in our Chicago headquarters, and also with partners across North America.

You'll spend time on the following:

• Manage deal creation for Operations-managed accounts. Must be able to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Support the Operations team with third party partners. Maintain daily and weekly queues of requests from sales team, customer service, and external partners.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate with technical teams as needed to resolve.
• Identify and report enhancements needed for internal tools and processes.
• Create and maintain accurate and detailed reporting, both internal and merchant-facing. Other ad-hoc reporting as needed.
• Maintain tracking documents that are shared with other internal teams and third party partners.
• Develop and maintain documentation for sales workflow standards, how-to materials, user guides, process documents, etc.
• Provide general sales ops support and assist with a variety of other projects as needed.

We're excited about you if you have:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM experience
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Proven track record of effective communication with clients
• Experience creating accurate reporting
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within tight deadlines
• Strong technical aptitude. Basic understanding of API integrations a plus.
• Box office or live event experience a plus
