The Operations Analyst position is a role that sits within Bloomreachâs Operations Department on the Technical Services team working on all three product pillars (Discovery, Content, Engagement). In this role, you will enable our consulting and project management teams with the tools, resources, reports, operational processes, data and analysis to do their best work, focus on customers, and reach our departmental goals.Â

What youâll do- Analyze team operations, including productivity dataÂ
- Support forecast activities for technical services revenue and assist in monthly revenue recognition via close partnership with the revenue accounting team
- Execute reporting and analysis of professional services core metrics (utilization, margin, backlog, resourcing, etc.)Â
- Interpret results and analyze reports to identify operational issuesÂ
- Design, develop, implement and maintain business solutions and recommendations to improve performanceÂ
- Manage operational process improvement and integration projectsÂ
- Build and maintain reports for executive operations (Excel, Google Sheets, Workfront)
- Maintain Salesforce, Workfront and/or other databases to ensure data accuracyÂ
Qualifications
- 2+ years operations/analytics experienceÂ
- Experience working in professional services preferredÂ
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business, or related field Â
- Excellent organizational, project management, time management, communication, analytical and problem solving skills.Â
- High attention to detail and follow throughÂ
- Proven ability to manage through change, adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Ability to quickly learn new software and clearly explain business conceptsÂ
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse set of internal constituencies including senior level executives, technical, finance, legal, sales and marketing
