Operations Specialist, Cash Management Operations

Job Description

This is a full-time position located in the Cash Management Operations Department at Central Technology Services.

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for processing BusinessLink setup/change requests received from affiliate markets and daily audit review of BusinessLink changes. The position will also assist with general questions related to BusinessLink services.

Functions:

Processing of BusinessLink request forms.

Assist with questions/problems related to BusinessLink products.

Support BusinessLink Cash Management applications, including daily review of maintenance reports

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2 years banking experience

Strong PC skills, especially in Microsoft Office and troubleshooting within web browsers.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Strong oral and written communication skills

Experience answering incoming calls preferred.
