ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Operations Specialist (Corporate Actions) will be responsible for optimizing the operations of Corporate Actions services and processes. Our Corporate Actions Team facilitates and reviews complicated corporate action events and communicates key information effectively. We have strong knowledge of Voluntary, Mandatory, and Income (dividend & interest) processing. We also resolve discrepancies, act on everyday matters, and answer inquiries from external clients as well as internal stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Reporting
-Analyze large datasets to monitor for Corporate Action events
-Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to improve product offerings and operations.
Process Optimization
-Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
-Collaborate with development teams to automate manual processes and integrate new technologies.
-Implement best practices in operational workflows to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Regulatory Compliance
- Stay updated on relevant regulatory requirements
- Participant Support and Experience
- Provide support to clients through ticket-based communication
- Provide exceptional client service
-Participate in projects related to the development and enhancement of retirement products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and compliance.
- Ensure timely and successful execution of project milestones and deliverables.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years transferable experience in retirement plan administration, fintech, or financial services operations.
- Proven experience with data analysis and process improvement.
- FINRA SIE and Series 99 Licenses preferred or obtain within 90 days of employment; Series 7 preferred.
Required Skills/Abilities
-Must be detail-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction.
-Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis tools
