KBRA (KBRA EU Limited) is seeking an Operations Specialist for our Funds team in the Dublin office. 

Key Job Requirements:

• Develop and implement end-to-end operational processes within the Funds team.
• Collaborate with credit analysts and other stakeholders to design efficient workflow and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Establish a culture of continuous improvement with the fund operational team.  Regularly assess and refine processes to enhance efficiency and mitigate operation risks.
• Develop reporting mechanisms for fund performance metrics in collaboration with credit analysts.
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to established processes.
• Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and databases.
• Assist in research for internal and publication purposes.

Successful candidates will possess the following:

• Bachelors Degree with a major focus in Finance and/or Data Analytics,
• Previous experience in fund or data reporting is preferred.
• Ability to work as an integral part of a highly collaborative team and across disciplines in a challenging and dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage time and resources in a fast-growing company.
• Effective verbal, written and presentation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Extremely high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SQL, VBA and Python is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable in a multinational environment.
• One (1) or more years of work experience preferred.

Ability to participate in meetings at non-standard hours to meet deliverables.

Fluency in more than one language is most helpful.
