Pratt & Whitney has a rare opportunity for an Operations Specialist to support Military Engines (ME) on the journey of transformation! This is a unique opportunity to join the Global Licensing Organization (GLO) within Integrated Customer Solutions (ICS). GLO is searching for the right candidate to support activities related to PW Intellectual Property (IP) licensing.
The ideal candidate will optimize processes and workflows necessary to efficiently maintain the business while providing support related to new industry players joining the program. This role will work closely with Pratt & Whitney stakeholders from various functional areas to ensure success of the global licensing program. This is a dynamic role which will require the ability to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining world-class compliance, corporate standards, and customer relationships. This position will report to the Associate Director of the Global Licensing Organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Update and/or analyze data sets from internal and external sources to support reporting for the purposes of tracking and growing the business
- Support key internal system inputs and processes related to existing and new industry players
- Maintain application data and provide inputs for new data where relevant to ensure accuracy in the data sets
- Update and maintain key metrics data (dash boards, control towers, scorecards) and support the team initiatives to leverage systems and software's (MS Dynamics)
- Provide external stakeholder support and deliver data necessary to promote industry activity
- Track and organize team archives and files; maintain repository of overall licensing program activities (repairs, mfg's)
- Assist and support in presentations and comm's to key stakeholder's, including annual MFA and report back findings/scores
- Support creation of templates, action items, and other materials in support of the licensing business
- Maintain distribution lists and contact info, issue communications to industry players
- Participate in other special projects/ad-hoc support as required and based on business needs and priorities
- The successful candidate will have experience working in virtually collaborative environments, host project management experience and demonstrate the ability to take initiative
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of prior relevant experience; OR an advanced degree with 3+ years of prior relevant experience
- U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- A strong track record of taking initiative and managing multiple tasks independently to the state of completion
- Proven customer focused experience and excellent business judgment
- SAP proficiency
- Working knowledge of Access
- Strong efficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to track progress on multiple projects and tasks
- A well-organized self-starter with the demonstrated ability to track progress and take initiative
- Be a team-player with the ability to be flexible, agile, and adaptable
