Follows departmental processes to accomplish tasks in support of business operations.
Provides administrative process support for tasks such as data entry, creation, maintenance, and updating of parts using applications, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings. Focus on efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments.
Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is needed. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Team player. Strong attention to detail. 0 - 2 years of related experience and BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
As an Operations Specialist I on the Technology Operations team, you will execute operational processes and provide internal or external client support within a professional domain area. You will support internal or external client inquiries and requests, perform basic medical device assembly and testing, prepare client hardware orders for shipment, and review work to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance with standards. You will complete and store or transfer documentation to support operational processes, and process incoming and outgoing correspondence. We are excited for you to join our team!
Basic Qualifications
- At least 2 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate Degree
- At least 1 year of working experience in a warehouse, inventory management, shipping and receiving or order fulfillment environment
- Working experience with Microsoft Office
Expectations
- Must be located in Kansas City or willing to relocate
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs., i.e. server, network equipment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Experience working with common hand held tools
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $16.11 to $30.53 per hour; from $33,500 to $63,500 per annum.
Colorado Pay Range: from $15.24 to $27.50 per hour; from $31,700 to $57,200 per annum.
New York City Pay Range: from $15.24 to $28.99 per hour; from $31,700 to $60,300 per annum.
Washington Pay Range: from $17.02 to $28.99 per hour; from $35,400 to $60,300 per annum.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
