Operations Specialist - Micromobility

We're looking for an analytical and solution-driven Operations Specialist to join our Micromobility team in Germany. In this dynamic and hands-on role, you'll manage Bolt's e-scooter operations and drive business growth and profitability while ensuring our users have a great experience.

As an Operations Specialist, you'll plan and manage all operations of one or more cities and be the first point of contact for any issues. You'll closely monitor KPIs to meet our operating standards, optimise operational efficiency and costs, and ensure that e-scooters are deployed to high-demand areas.

You'll work closely with the local Maintenance team, Operations Manager, and HQ teams, including Customer Support, Central Operations, Legal and Marketing, to address any issues related to operations or products.
