Operations Specialist ( People/Talent Acquisition ) Graduate Role

Hybrid position: working 3 days a week from our London office

At Blink, we're building a different kind of people team. These roles sit within our people team with a focus on building, operating, and evolving how we find and recruit world class people.

These are not traditional recruitment roles, these roles will have a focus on building for scale, optimising processes and driving impact from day one.

Day to day work will include:• operating TA processes ( scheduling etc)• Identifying and running Employer Brand initiatives• Re-designing how we assess great candidates• Supporting exec level leaders in how to market roles and find great candidates. • Wider People team projects as required

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you'll get exposure to levels of the business that are unparalleled in other companies. From day one you'll be supported in learning the business and how to operate, but equally encouraged to ask constructive questions and help up build the next evolution of the company.

Requirements

A world class operator - able to deliver consistent best in class operational work

An innovator - able to find ways to reduce manual processes and find new and better ways of working,

You have multiple examples of high impact -these could be at work, in your academic record or in other pursuits such as sport or the arts.

You can understand and solve problems quickly and logically.

You are comfortable in ambiguity, able to operate without every single step mapped out.

A natural influencer - you have experience in explaining your point of view and getting others to agree with you

You are curious in nature and passionate about making an impact.
