Slalom is seeking a Specialist to join our Slalom Build Operations Team. This energetic global team supports 1,800+ employees within the Slalom Build organization. We're seeking an energetic, focused individual who wants to support in creating exceptional employee experiences. We value taking ownership and getting things done with an eye to the future. What You'll Do:
• Provide operational support in a team environment
• Contribute to and implement culture activities in the Build location
• Assist with onboarding activities such as office tours, badge access coordination, and new hire gear
• Coordinate in-person, virtual, and hybrid team meetings including scheduling, logistics, catering, and any meeting
materials
• Contribute to in-person, virtual, and hybrid events including (but not limited to): build and participate in the budget
process, purchasing, printing, surveys, day-of venue preparations, and event day execution to ensure a smooth
attendee experience
• Support Build location communications and assist the management of Build location distribution lists
• Support in-office activities like project team collaboration spaces as well as ensuring the Build location a
clean/organized/fun working environment, including purchasing/stocking office and kitchen supplies
• Work with leaders to help schedule and support complex in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings
• Participate in special projects that may require creative thinking
• Manage purchases with a company credit card and adhere to Slalom's accounting best practices
