ELS is hiring for the position of Operations Supervisor in Lake Tahoe, California.

Full job description

Provides a safe and pleasant environment for employees and guests responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of all departments.

• Excellent internal/external guest service:

• Operational Maintenance Plans and Execution

• Responsible for training, and coaching of all assigned teams and ensuring that they follow all company, state, and federal regulations policies, and procedures.

• Provide management support to all departments.

• Hands-On approach to everything. Multi-tasking a regular shift.

• Assumes responsibility for company assets;
• Works closely with all departments to ensure employee and guest safety.
• Ensures confidentiality is maintained at all times.

• Special projects as determined by the General Manager

• All other reasonable duties as assigned.

Hourly: $20.00 - $25.00
