ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Operations Support Associate requiring a Public Trust located in Silver Spring, MD (hybrid work available). ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting key stakeholders with various projects and administrative tasks. These tasks include tracking and managing key stakeholders' inquiries, deliverables, and schedules to support operations necessary for a high-quality, cost-effective, efficient, and timely service management program

As the Operations Support Associate you will assist the service management program and serve as the primary point of contact for tracking and managing inquiries, deliverables, and schedules to ensure timely response to inquiries, submission of required deliverables, and updated schedules. This position will assist in tracking and managing onboarding requirements for new staff. The ideal candidate will be willing to support any project or administrative action/requirement across multiple domains. Travel for the position will be limited.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting and managing projects
  • Interface with key stakeholders, schedule meetings, maintain data, create and distribute reports
  • Assist key stakeholders in addressing and responding to inquiries or requests on time
  • Support key stakeholders in the development and submission of deliverables
  • Establish direct relationships with key stakeholders to provide customized administrative support
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study (such as IT or Business Management) Direct and relevant experience can be substituted for the degree requirement
  • Minimum of one (1) year of solid experience in an Operations Support or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills reflecting on the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent business communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Marine and/or Aviation related industries
