Job Description:

Essential Functions

• Proven Leadership, Supervisory, and Team building skills
• Assist with all of Jarratt's Accident Investigations (Personnel, Equipment, and loss Product) and provide preventative controls for accidents.
• Verify all GMP Audit Corrective actions have been completed
• Assist with New Hire Plant Wide Tour of both Raw and RTE areas
• New Hire Orientation Presentation
• Maintain all Associates Job & Safety Training Tracking System
• Maintain Audit Training folders as needed for all Plant Audits
• Investigate all damage related to Unsafe Acts
• Provide Training validation review of training for all New Hires by the end of their 90 days
• Oversee and update Audit Skill Flex Matrix to be reviewed monthly
• Conduct Weekly and Monthly Random Periodic Audits/Inspections
• Assist with Process Failure Investigations in all areas
• Direct involvement of all Plant Audits (i.e., SQF, 3rd Part Audits, etc.)
• Assist Production Supervisors and Managers with Work Instructions updates
• Perform other daily duties as assigned by Management

Education and Experience

• Must have excellent technical oral, and writing skills.
• Must be able to communicate with all levels of personnel effectively
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Highly Dedicated
• Initiative-driven
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of processes for all production departments
• Minimum of 5yrs Manufacturing Experience
