Operations Support - Onsite

Onsite Monday through Friday

Receiving

• Create and maintain a receiving schedule for inbound shipments
• Meet driver on dock to sign for/gather appropriate paperwork
• Move Pallets/boxes from loading dock to appropriate space
• Break down pallets
• Logging part numbers, quantities, serial numbers
• Clean area once breakdown complete and place boxes and pallets in appropriate waste containers

Shipping

• Pull inventory to kit/fulfill for sites needs based on Bill of Materials (BoM)
• Unpackage hardware and stage for engineers to configure
• Once configured, repackage hardware in preparation for shipping
• Perform shipping functions to ship hardware
• Weighing boxes and gaining box dimensions
• Inputting data into shipping template
• Executing shipment on carrier software
• Move hardware to the staging area for carrier pickup
• Maintain shipping supplies levels

Other Duties

• Organizing inventory for ease of pulling to kit
• Ensure warehouse area is clean and organized every day before leaving
• Review schedules and documentation for upcoming shipments to alert teams on what is needed
• Purchase Order Follow-up and expedite as needed
• Reach out to Vendors to determine Estimated Ship Date and Follow up as needed to determine product arrival date
• Track incoming inventory and schedule delivery with shipping company
• Monitor on-site inventory
• Updating appropriate documentation as hardware is shipped

• Rate range: $25-$35 per hour
