Operations Support Specialist

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- Manage drop ship accounts; including but not limited to order tracking, status updates, customer service and working with client to resolve outstanding issues. Work on weekly service levels to provide information on a weekly basis to Operations. Send daily vendor and Ecomm order status reports.
- Must work with DC Operations to account for any orders left behind. Execute root cause analysis. Run open unit reports, daily report or any additional ad-hoc report needed by management.
- Supports Admin Team in other duties as needed (order cancellations, ecomm inbox, clerical, productivity).
- Schedules and runs meetings with Ecomm division.
- Communicate all key information regarding UPS pickups, scheduling changes, IT, Inventory issues, etc., to necessary contacts within Deckers.
- Serve as backup for Ops Support Specialist in creating and submitting purchase orders for the distribution center

Pay Rate: $22.00-$23.00
