Operations Support Specialist

The Operations Support Specialist is primarily responsible for engaging with customers and influencers on behalf of the company. This includes answering product related questions, shipping samples, participating in marketing meetings and maintaining expert knowledge about company products.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through email and social media, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
• Ship samples and product replacements
• Keep records of customer comments
• Collaborate with marketing on influencer outreach
• Provide support to marketing team by providing creative insight
• Digital asset management
• Other projects as assigned
