Operations System Adminstrator

Job Description

This Operations Systems Administrator will learn to manage a variety of systems including Encore, Central Archive, EE, and IRX, to name a few. The admin will collaborate with internal teams, as well as external vendors, to design, develop, and implement system enhancements.

This position is responsible for system configuration, implementing system changes, testing new system releases, and documenting business rules. The System Admin will troubleshoot, research, and resolve system errors. Prioritization and effective task management will be crucial for success. The Ops System Admin works closely with IT, Programming, Holding Company Retail, CIF, Resolution Center, Compliance, and others to further enhance our system. The Ops Systems Team will play an important role in system configuration and testing for Project Keystone. We offer a laid-back atmosphere with a casual dress code and our employees have the option to work from home two days per week. We have established progression plans to help employees learn, grow, and advance.

Requirements

Strong technical aptitude and computer skills

Strong analytical skills, self-initiative, and attention to detail

Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Banking experience as a teller or CSR is helpful but not required

Project management experience is helpful but not required
