Operations Technical Analyst Senior | Hybrid

You will tackle opportunities where automation technology and business operations intersect. Working with partners and important partners to understand operational needs, challenges, and opportunities and leads efforts to design and develop technical solutions to achieve operational objectives and efficiencies by applying extensive knowledge of product, relevant regulations, and administrative systems and processes. Instrumental in eliciting analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements, program management, and implementation of solutions in complex situations. You will report to the Director, Organizational Improvement.

What you do:

• You will research and analyze technical administrative opportunities and develops recommendations to improve accuracy, efficiency and compliance through collaboration with partners and other technical areas.
• Leads the design and development of complex spreadsheet applications and models essential to successfully delivering on administrative obligations. Ensures quality control process is satisfied within team.
• Monitors regulations, new product offerings and changes to existing product for impacts to technical team responsibilities. In collaboration with other areas, you will determine new requirements needed to update impacted applications and processes.
• Assists with training and development of individuals. Senior reviewer of other's work.
• Participates in key initiatives and special projects as assigned.
• Documentation of processes and analysis performed.

What you bring:

• 4-5 years of experience required
• Relevant technical and business experience
• Four-year degree required, Business, Technology or related field
• Licensing/Certification/Other Advanced technical skills in - Microsoft Excel product features and mechanics and administration systems - modeling of product features - relevant regulations
