Point72’s Operations team supports all operational aspects of trade processing, reconciliation, financing, and reporting firmwide for all products, including equities, derivatives, bonds, foreign exchange and futures, and digital assets across global markets.

What you’ll do

The Point72 Operations Transformation team is seeking an experienced innovator to help bridge the divide between business and technology, and act as a change agent for evolving the department’s processes. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering project management support on our transformation goals as well as guidance and expertise to redesign processes for efficiency, scale, and control. Specifically, you will:

• Work with the Operations team to drive efficiency and streamline BAU processes
• Engage in the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives for the Operations team
• Create presentations and materials for senior leadership
• Collect and analyze metrics across Key Performance Indicators
• Assist with running governance responsibilities for the department
• Help drive complex cross functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Work with key partners in our Technology, Compliance, Risk, Tax, Treasury and Finance teams

What’s required?

• 4+ years of Business Analyst or Project Management experience within a leading financial services or investment firm (preferably with a focus on Middle Office Operations)
• Prior experience supporting large transformation/change initiatives spanning multiple business and technology groups
• Ability to synthesize complex issues in structured frameworks and produce polished presentations
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards
