Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-time working from the office is expected
  • ~50% of the time supporting the Operations team with priorities in service of the organization and day to day HQ office space management 
    • Troubleshooting issues, other office related projects 
    • Keeping the space organized, clean, stocked
    • Managing and maintaining the Envoy system 
    • Coordinating on site visits by external guests
    • Greeting and managing visitor experience in the space
    • General office support
    • Monitor the Operations Jira board and inbox and respond to requests 
    • Manage inventory, ordering for snacks, food, and other office supplies
    • Organize and maintain office records and database systems
    • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence and packages 
    • Responsible for supporting all onsite travel & event logistics (managing room blocks, etc)
    • Managing the Tulippad schedule and logistics 
    • Responsible for organizing, managing and maintaining the Tulip Wiki and all Ops-related knowledge base policies/processes/etc 
    • Visitor management
  • ~50% of the time culture and workplace experience @Tulip
    • Build and manage all workplace experience policies and programs that impact Tulip’s culture 
    • Responsible for overall employee workplace experience - both in office and the hybrid/remote employee experience and culture 
    • Responsible for company wide annual internal events execution (town halls, culture events, holiday party, etc) - build out and manage program and calendar of internal events
    • Responsible for employee appreciation strategy and gifts (Swag, Tuliversaries, etc)
    • Manage and oversee Tulip Communities program and events (Womxn@Tulip, Allies@Tulip, Parents@Tulip, etc)
    • Oversee and responsible for internal and external speaker series (Lightning Lunch Talks, Ask the Expert, etc)
  • This role reports to the Operations Lead
