Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete manufacturing tasks while strictly adhering to established procedures and protocols to ensure flawless operations.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety, promptly reporting any risks or issues to supervisors.
  • Successfully implement daily production goals as determined by the line leader.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Perform equipment setup, testing, and troubleshooting to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Uphold a clean and organized workspace in line with 5S methodology.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to work overtime when necessary to meet production demands.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Age between 20 to 35 years.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience is the minimum requirement; however, technical training in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
  • Proven physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail with a dedication to quality and safety practices.
  • Valuable teammate known for their positive attitude and their eagerness to continuously learn and improve.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to strict deadlines and production schedules.
