Key Responsibilities:
- Complete manufacturing tasks while strictly adhering to established procedures and protocols to ensure flawless operations.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety, promptly reporting any risks or issues to supervisors.
- Successfully implement daily production goals as determined by the line leader.
- Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and achieve ambitious targets.
- Perform equipment setup, testing, and troubleshooting to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Uphold a clean and organized workspace in line with 5S methodology.
- Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to work overtime when necessary to meet production demands.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Age between 20 to 35 years.
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience is the minimum requirement; however, technical training in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
- Proven physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a dedication to quality and safety practices.
- Valuable teammate known for their positive attitude and their eagerness to continuously learn and improve.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to strict deadlines and production schedules.
