Job Description

 Eligible candidates for the Excavator operator position will have experience in operating heavy equipment such as an Excavator. Preferably with Scrap/Demolition experience. 

**Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years’ experience as an Excavator operator, preferably with experience in Scrap/Demolition.
• Previous experience with Shear Head Attachment a definite plus
• Ability to work in a steel mill environment which may include dust and adverse weather conditions
• Good communications skills, and the ability to read operating instructions.
• Proactive in SAFETY and works well in a team environment. 
• Ability to work Rotating schedule and weekends
