Your Responsibilities
As an Operator Station Seats & Ergonomics for John Deere Dubuque Workslocated in Dubuque, IA, you will participate on Product Delivery Process (PDP) teams for implementing seating solutions for multiple product lines. In addition, you will...
- Deliver ergonomic solutions including seat position, armrest location, control and pedal position
- Perform investigation, determine root cause, and recommend solutions for field issues
- Collaborate with internal and external customers/suppliers to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions

What Skills You Need (Required skills/experiences)
- 1 or more years of demonstrated ability applying engineering principles (through practical work experience, internships or educational coursework/projects)
- 1 or more years of experience with Creo (Pro-E) or equivalent modeling tools
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills with ability to be self-directed and motivated
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
What Makes You Stand Out (Desired skills/experiences)
- Product design or product testing experience
- Prior operator station design experience
- Good understanding of ergonomic principles
- Good understanding of Construction, Forestry, or Agricultural Equipment Applications.
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Agriculture, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
