This comprehensive eye care practice is seeking a motivated ophthalmologist to take over an established office, replacing a retiring physician with a large, loyal patient base and strong referral network. With in house optometry, highly trained technicians, and an efficient onsite surgical center, you'll have everything you need to practice at the top of your license from day one.

The Opportunity:
•  Lead one of six regional offices and enjoy the independence to build and grow your practice your way
•  Walk into immediate volume with a strong referral base, including an in'house optometrist

•  Priority scheduling in the onsite surgical center located in the same building

Compensation Details:
•  Guaranteed competitive base salary plus lucrative production bonus during years 1 and 2
•  Partnership after year 2 with total earnings ranging from $700,000 to $1,000,000
•  6+ weeks PTO, one week CME with $5,000 stipend, $50,000 sign'on bonus, and relocation assistance
