Schedule:

• Flexible 4-, 4.5-, or 5-day work week options to suit your preferences
• Clinic call only, with a 1:3 rotation among providers—no hospital call or open globes
• Secure 3-year agreement

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary starting at $400,000 DOE, guaranteed for the first year
• Transition to a net collections model after the first year, with 30%+ earnings potential
