Opportunity to Cash Solution Architect

The Opportunity-to-Cash Solution Architect will play a critical role in overseeing technology projects that focus on delivering solutions to support our internal business processes. This role will report to the Director of CRM Applications in our Business Enterprise Systems Technology department. The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to managing our Opportunity to Quote (OTQ), Quote-to-Cash (Q2C/QTC), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Subscription Management (SM) platforms.

A successful Solution Architect must take a hands-on approach, ensuring the best service is provided to our business stakeholders, with accurate documentation and adherence to deadlines. This role will also work with key stakeholders across the organization to drive enhancements to a successful implementation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure our Quote-to-Cash, Contract Lifecycle Management, Configure, Price, Quote and Subscription Management platforms are efficiently designed and operationalized.
• Adopt a proactive, hands-on approach to resolve any issues related to these platforms.
• Analyze business problems and propose innovative solutions based on rigorous data analysis.
• Drive design, release planning, estimation, and deployment.
• Lead feature prioritization and estimation.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore business and technical teams to create solutions for complex internal business operations.
• Manage stakeholders and foster timely, data-driven decision making.
• Responsible for the design and iterative implementation of key features in a timely manner.
• Mentor, guide, and develop goals for a team of high-performing developers, administrators, and architects.
• Work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop high-level designs.
• Track delivery milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for the workstream.
• Drive change management and business, technology, and operational readiness plans.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, software engineers, testers, project managers, and architects.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Previous technical delivery experience in Quote-to-Cash, Contract Lifecycle Management, Configure, Price, Quote and Subscription Management platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Conga CLM and Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle Fusion ERP is a must.
• Minimum of 7 years as a technical hands-on leader for CRM/CPQ/CLM/SM implementations and technical integrations.
• Proven Agile development experience, you can understand what Epics, Features and Stories are and can define one.
• Experience leading merger and acquisition projects.
• Experience with leading custom application development projects using Salesforce and Oracle CPQ, Oracle Subscription Management
• Excellent problem solver and independent thinker who can create innovative solutions.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both business executives and technical teams.
• Able to manage daily stand-ups, escalations, issues, and risks.
