Responsibilities • Conduct personalized eyewear consultations to assist customers in selecting suitable products. • Maintain an organized and welcoming store environment. • Educate customers about eyewear options and care. • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals. • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge. • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience. Qualifications* Proven experience in retail sales or optical experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of ophthalmology and medical terminology is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. • Familiarity with EMR systems is advantageous. • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
