Project Description
This 5-year project involves maintaining and supporting an Oracle Fusion Financial Management System (FMS), an existing Oracle Cloud ERP system for a Non-appropriated Fund activity.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist the client in identifying, building, diagnosing, and troubleshooting interface issues.
- Support the client with coordination and tracking selected interface schedule run times to maximize system performance.
- Perform error research and resolution, root cause analysis.
- Resolve application issues by integrating Oracle Fusion, middleware, and Cognos Business Intelligence Solutions.
- Maintain and update extracts that support the Business Intelligence Module reporting tool.
- Execute corrective actions so Oracle applications process data accurately (inbound and outbound).
- Assist with initial research of any major technical changes required to improve business processes further.
- Interface development encryption updates for cybersecurity.
- Develop technical documentation and code necessary to create or modify extracts.
- Provide technical support to improve application process performance and error log handling.
- Coordinate with technical SMEs to analyze integration issues between data flow endpoints to diagnose the root causes and develop more efficient ways of reporting and resolution.
- Provide interface or conversion support for business team review and approval in appropriate testing environments.
- Mentor current technical staff on all existing or new points of integration.
- Support functional team members with closing procedures and validation.
- Provide working sessions for functional/technical staff to better utilize modules such as configurations, setups, reports, projects, SOP, etc., for streamlining period and year-close procedures.
- Provide training materials and learning sessions using non-development environments.
- Provide training to functional and technical staff for supporting software and integration of the financial system.
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience with Oracle EBS, preferably Oracle Cloud ERP, either on an implementation team and/or a Help Desk/O&M support team.
- Knowledge of Oracle Financials, Inventory, and Projects modules/tables/APIs are welcomed experience.
- Must have the general knowledge to cover several points of interfacing/middleware, including a focus on Cybersecurity.
- Must be a US Citizen
Primary Location: Remote. Quantico, VA - All work will be performed off-site.We follow the Federal guidance on vaccine mandates as per the Safer Federal Workforce website: https://www.saferfederalworkforce.gov/contractors/.
Work Hours: Monday-Friday
