Project Description

This 5 year project involves maintenance and support of an Oracle Fusion Financial Management System (FMS),

which is an existing Oracle Cloud ERP system for a Non-appropriated Fund activity.

Requirements

• Assist the client in identifying and troubleshooting issues with Oracle fusion ERP applications;

responding to help requests as needed.

• Perform error research and resolution; root cause analysis.
• Support Fusion Cloud ERP Financials and Procurement modules.
• Resolve application issues due to integration between Oracle Fusion, middleware, and Cognos Business Intelligence Solutions.
• Maintain and update extracts that support the Business Intelligence Module reporting tool.
• Assist with initial research of any major functional or technical changes required to further improve business processes.
• Coordinate with technical SMEs to analyze integration issues between data flow end points to diagnose root cause and develop more efficient ways of reporting and resolution.
• Provide functional support in appropriate testing environments for business team review and approval.
• Support functional team members with analyzing application/transaction issues.
• Conduct working sessions for functional / technical staff to better utilize modules.
• Provide training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions when configurations are modified.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience with Oracle EBS, preferably Oracle Cloud ERP either on an implementation team and/or a Help Desk/O&M support team.
• Knowledge of Oracle P2P, Order Management and/or Projects modules/tables/APIs nice to have.
