We have an immediate need for a highly skilled SENIOR TECHNICAL ARCHITECT with ORACLE CLOUD ERP EXPERTISE to manage and lead implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• D esign and build new financial reports and reporting solutions from requirements, using an understanding of organizational business needs.
• Strong report development and analytical skills.
• Supporting full lifecycle of software development, testing and implementation using strategic financial reporting applications.
• Providing support to the development of training materials and training activities related to the BI tools and applications.
• Demonstrated ability presenting to small work groups on both technical and functional requirements.
• Team oriented with good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers and internal customers.
• The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Ability to troubleshoot advanced issues that arise with reporting solutions.
• Ability to tune the performance of the reports
• Analyze, design, and configure best practice business needs through technology solutions
• Participation in requirement gathering, analyzing business requirements, aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a reporting solution

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of report development experience with Oracle/Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio
• Experience working Oracle ERP and/or EPM Cloud applications
• Knowledge of concepts associated with data warehousing, data marts, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver effective presentations and to manage multiple deliverables at once.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Should have experience in Oracle Cloud, custom and ad-hoc reports development using Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) and Oracle Fusion SmartView.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, SmartView and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS)
• Expertise in preparing the monthly and quarterly reporting package including Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cashflows and provide in-depth financial analysis,
• Support Corporate Accounting with monthly and quarterly reporting of various financial results and operational metrics
• Should have experience in scheduling reporting jobs.
• Should have experience creating books & batches in FR

Preferred Qualifications

• MS Computer Science or MCA Master of Computer Applications or BE Computer or BE Electronics
• Experience with various cloud, SaaS, and on-premises ERP or EBS
• Oracle Cloud Certification

Work Location & Travel Requirements

Work from current home office with occasional travel to client location as needed by project.

Salary & Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $175,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
