What you will do:
- Deliver client projects as a lead Oracle Cloud ERP Projects Solution Architect ("SA")
- Design and deliver Oracle Cloud ERP functional requirements with leading practices throughout all phases of an ERP transformation
- Apply business and functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with the engagement teams, in the implementation of business-aligned/driven Oracle Cloud solutions
- Lead Testing and Training Programs during client Oracle Cloud ERP transformations with focus on Projects
- Participate in robust change management programs to increase client adoption of Oracle Cloud ERP modules
- Support sales cycles as needed as a Subject Matter Expert. Participate in client scoping and shaping of proposals and implementation approaches
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud ERP client delivery tools, templates, and methods
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance counseling to consultants and client team members
- Participate in the development and deployment of team member implementation training
- Invest in your professional development individually and through participation in firm-wide learning and development programs
- Support the growth and development of team members and clients through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goals

Qualifications
Successful candidates will have:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, management information systems, engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 (five) years of implementation experience with at least two years of hands-on experience with one or more Oracle Cloud ERP modules
- Oracle Cloud certifications in related modules preferred
- Ability to lead module workstream(s) through requirements gathering, future state design, configuration oversight, testing, and deployment execution.
- Exceptional business expertise in financial and project management processes
- Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop leading practice recommendations based on prior experience
- Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required.
- Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, provide exceptional client service, and demonstrate commitment to continuous learning to stay current.
- Participate in the development and continuous improvement of our methodologies and toolsets
- Display accountability and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects.
- Must be willing to work nontraditional business hours for client demands
- Ability to travel; potentially, up to 10 - 20% - client delivery work is primarily remote

For California, Colorado, New York and Washington: The compensation range for this role is $163,620 to $346,800. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
