VSG comprises 13 major vehicle lifting, wheel service, diagnostic and collision repair brands: Rotary Lift®, Chief®, Forward®, Direct-Lift®, Ravaglioli, Hanmecson®, Revolution®, Elektron, Blitz, Nogra, Butler, Space and Sirio.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Cloud Specialist to join our team. As an Oracle Cloud Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging your extensive plan-to-manufacture experience and expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Warehouse Management (WHM), and Inventory Management (IM) to optimize our business processes. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, and translating them into technical requirements and specifications. The ideal candidate will be a proficient interface between our business users and Oracle Application Management Organization (AMO) and possess strong business analysis skills.
Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate closely with business users to understand their requirements and challenges related to SCM, WHM, and IM.• Document detailed business requirements and create comprehensive functional specifications that outline the desired Oracle Cloud solutions.• Translate business requirements and functional specifications into clear and concise technical requirements and technical specifications.• Design, develop, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions to streamline plan-to-manufacture processes and enhance overall efficiency.• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and our Oracle Application Management Organization (AMO) to ensure seamless communication and understanding of business needs.• Configure and customize Oracle Cloud applications to align with business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.• Provide expert guidance and support in Oracle Cloud modules, with a focus on SCM, WHM, and IM.• Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve Oracle Cloud-related problems.• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on Oracle Cloud best practices and functionalities.• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud releases, features, and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our organization.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud applications with other business systems for a seamless data flow.• Utilize RF-Smart WHM expertise to enhance warehouse operations, improve inventory accuracy, and optimize order fulfillment processes.
Qualifications and Skills:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).• Proven experience working with Oracle Cloud applications, specifically in SCM, WHM, and IM modules.• Strong understanding of plan-to-manufacture processes and supply chain optimization strategies.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Proven experience in documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, and translating them into technical requirements and technical specifications.• Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions.• Experience with RF-Smart WHM is a significant advantage.• Oracle Cloud certifications (such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Cloud SCM, or related certifications) are highly desirable.• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions
