Oracle EBS Analyst
Job Description
COHO Consulting Group is seeking an Oracle EBS Analyst to support the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)/ Maintenance Repair and Overhaul – Supply (MRO-S) Functional Management Office (FMO). This position will be the Subject Matter Expert on Oracle. This position is located at Wright Patterson AFB with a hybrid schedule.Â
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Provides support in integration discussions, planning and execution between Logistics Capability Initiatives (LCI), Legacy programs, and MRO
- Provide knowledge and experience in design, configuration and fielding in DoD Oracle e-Business Systems software, modules and integrated solutions
- Support implementation of E-Business Suite for federal and DoD customers
- Collaborate with external partners, business stakeholders and segment IT teams to make new system capabilities available that will improve and standardize highest-impact maintenance and finance business processes
- Negotiate technical and non-technical solutions that both satisfy the customer’s requirements and conform to the technical architecture
- Analyze requirements, design integrated business solutions, generate design documents, perform impact analysis for application changes, and oversee solution delivery
- Support SCRUM teams with configuration and development of Oracle e-Business Suite and RICE-W
Essential Job Requirements:
- Required Knowledge/Experience:
- Oracle Release 12.2.10 Oracle Value Chain Planning (VCP) experience required
- Experience in MRO, ASCP, PS, and Projects modules specifically and understand Oracle Time and Labor
- Have experience in Federal and DoD EBS deployment.
- Experience with EBS R12.2 preferably in Department of Defense environment:
- Supply Chain, Inventory, Purchasing, Production Scheduling, Complex Maintenance Repair and Overhaul, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Work in Progress
- Exposure and experience with other Oracle EBS modules such as Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management is a plus
- Experienced architecting solutions using components from among the Oracle E-Business Suite and complementary products
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and related services
- Experience with EBS implementation in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Strong analytical, consultative and communication skills gather and document business requirements
