We have an immediate need for a highly skilled Senior Architect with expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS and in-depth knowledge of HR, Payroll, OTL module and HCM Cloud (Talent Management and Compensation). You will work directly with Business/Customers to advise, design and architect solutions for Oracle HRMS environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop architecture and coding standards, review processes as well as project specific templates.
• Advocate and define cloud architecture vision from a strategic perspective, including internal and external platforms, tools, and systems.
• Design solutions and provide options to best meet business requirements.
• Formulate conceptual architectures and communicate architectural vision, goals, and design objectives to multiple audiences.
• Manage the integration of the HRMS application and reports with other business systems.
• Lead discussions with client IT and Business teams.
• Training material preparation and maintenance.
• Maintain and update end-user & procedure system documentation where applicable.
• Develop a repository of technical solutions, technical best practices, and design/coding guidelines/standards.
• Conduct and facilitate knowledge sharing and learning sessions across the team.

Required Qualifications

• 10 plus years in Architect role with hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HRMS, Payroll and OTL including HCM Cloud (career rewards talent and compensation management).
• Demonstrate Techno-Functional experience in Oracle EBS HRMS /HCM Cloud application
• Worked in AGILE based delivery model.
• Delivered 4-5 implementation projects related to US and Canada EBS HRMS/HCM Cloud (Talent management and Compensation).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle EBS/HCM cloud integration and transformation project to Workday.
• Worked on Oracle HCM CEMLI/RICEW components in previous projects either support or implementation.
• Strong communication skills
