What You'll Do
The Oracle ERP Sr. Manager/Director is responsible for working with functional business partners in the selection, design, deployment, support and on-going enhancement of business applications. This group supports Enterprise ERP ecosystem processes and technology and provides the mechanism for ensuring consistency and repeatability in how such applications are delivered and managed across the enterprise.

• Oversee the planning, business integration, and execution of systems
• Manage a team to ensure on-schedule project delivery within planned cost and agreed scope. Review approved project initiatives to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources
• Develop application roadmaps and strategies that support ongoing business needs.
• Influence, communicate and enforce IT policy at the enterprise level.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into systems and reporting solutions.
• Leadership of staff including mentoring and skills development.
• Development, maintenance and tracking of departmental budget.
• Make recommendations on vendor and product evaluation and selection.
• Lead a team of business process and systems analysts for providing solutions to project initiatives and system enhancement requests, with specific accountability for the following tasks:
• System scoping
• Interpreting business needs for translation into system specifications and functional design
• Liaison between end-users and developers
• Support the development of test plans and guide the testing team in developing test cases and test scripts

Bring It!

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience with 15 plus years of practical functional experience

• 10 plus years of lifecycle implementations of Oracle EBS version
• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in full-cycle ERP implementations
• 10 plus years management experience and prior experience managing global teams is preferred.
• Expert knowledge of SQL experience using technologies such as MS-SQL and Oracle DB
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills.

Salary range: $160,000 - $ 200,000 annually
