We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a Product Owner role to join our Arrow Digital Product Team, a group passionately committed to turning ideas into reality and managing the entire product lifecycle.
ERP Analyst provides project coordination, techno-functional expertise, and contributes to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems. The ERP Analyst is responsible for supporting across modules or systems and serve as a liaison between technical development team and the business to manage the development of system enhancements, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting internal clients with the Oracle Financial Suite ERP
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
  • User Support in troubleshooting both application and business process issues
  • Analyze user operational procedures to develop functional systems requirements and advise and instruct other staff responsible for development
  • Identify innovative solutions to business issues in technical development
  • Improve process flow and user documentation for different oracle related modules and enhance user knowledge and competency.
  • Other duties as assigned based on business needs: i.e., special projects, Enhancements etc
  • The ERP Analyst II is responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution


What Are We Looking For:

  • 5+ years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an a advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
  • Implementation and support knowledge of Oracle release R12 version of Oracle Financials is essential (AP, AR, Collections, GL, Web center)
  • Should be able to write and execute SQL Queries as that will be required for analysis of issues.
  • High level flow and knowledge of Finance and Operations, Cost Management, Order Management, Inventory is preferred
  • Knowledge of Ship and Debit and Price Protection modules will be an advantage.
  • Guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures and serves as a resource for best practices/quality


Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Dry Creek/Panorama

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$84,700.00 - $121,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
