Job Title: Oracle Financials Functional Consultant ( EBS)
Role: Open to Full Time
Location: Calabasas, CA- Hybrid
Responsibilities and Duties

• Understand customers business needs and requirements.
• Analyze business requirements of assigned customers and/or project(s)
• Ability to do hands-on design & configuration of Oracle EBS Financial / Oracle Cloud modules on the functional side.
• Application Support, Maintenance, Enhancements for Oracle Financials.
• Gather, Analyze requirements for enhancements and development.
• Liaison with Client team & business and offshore support team
• Prepare support documents, MD50/MD70 for enhancements/ Developments.
• Participate in Change Management discussion in CAB meetings.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent working experience
• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience with Oracle Financials modules.
• Experience with at least 4-5 end to end Oracle EBS Financials implementation.
• Ability to interact with CFO/Accounting Controllers
• Hands-on experience with GL, AR, AP, FA modules. Oracle Projects knowledge is preferred
• Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Good communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders.
