Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Delivery Manager

Location: Remote with Milestone Travel (Must reside in the United States)

Job Summary:

Looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with 16 to 20 years of experience as Service Delivery Manager role. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM along with domain skills in Banking Financial and Insurance.

Responsibilities:

· Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to align with organizational goals and client requirements.

· Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements define project scope and develop detailed project plans.

· Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

· Facilitate effective communication among project team members stakeholders and clients to ensure transparency and alignment.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Benefits Administration and Insurance-Pension Investment & Fund Accounting.

· Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management and clients.

· Manage project budgets resources and timelines to ensure efficient use of company assets. - Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to enhance team performance and project outcomes.

· Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to address project challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

· Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting thorough testing and quality assurance processes.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management methodologies and practices

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $138000/Year to $162000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
