Job Description This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

 

  • Maintain business processes (e.g., configuration documents, JIRA practices, SR tracking, etc.)
  • Solid Oracle HCM Experience with Payroll mandatory
  • Solid Oracle OTBI and HDL/HSDL experience is desired
  • Experience on other HCM modules (Core HR, Time, Absence) desired
  • Manage a team of functional technologists and subject matter experts
  • Talent management, ability to cultivate a motivated, organized and collaborative team
  • Strong leadership and people manager skills
  • Experience with agility practices and methodology
  • Provide clear and concise communication and respond in a timely manner
  • Ensure security and release process are followed, reduce risk
  • Protect and ensure data privacy and regulations are maintained
  • Maintain system training and knowledge to ensure design is optimal, holistic and thorough
  • Actively apply lessons learned and acquired knowledge to limit PROD defects
  • Review Oracle release notes in advance and conducts impact analysis
  • Meet design deliverables and deadlines, consistent follow through and working independently (self-starter)
  • Ensure teams complete functional testing of the enhancements (reducing / minimizing defects)
  • Actively ensures team manages Service Requests (1bd)
  • Actively raises issues to impacted teams
  • Ability to quickly problem solve and get to root cause
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Passionate about building an innovative culture
