Job description

Infosys is seeking an HCM Cloud Technical Lead. The position will primarily be required to work closely with Customer's HR Business Process owners, SMEs to develop Cloud technical solutions in Core HR, Talent Cloud, recruitment cloud, OTL, Payroll etc. This position requires hands-on experience in Cloud technology Build, Development and Testing activities for Customizations.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 4+ years of Relevant Information Technology experience
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate within US to some of our client offices. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time
• Prior Experience of Implementing Core HR, Talent Cloud, Recruitment Cloud and Cloud HCM Compensation Module
• Expertise in Developing Inbound and Outbound from Oracle HCM - Cloud
• Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
• Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
• Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, fast formula.
• Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
• Hands on experience in HDL Extracts, minor customizations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have the End to End understanding of a company's HR processes.
• Good articulation & presentation skills to a diverse audience
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Prior experience of Creating Groovy script
• Prior experience of HCM Help Desk
• Prior experience of HCM REST API, ATOM API or HCM ALERTS and Journeys

Estimated annual compensation range for candidates based in CA, WA, and NY are as indicated below:

$73,000 to $102,200

The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
