Cognizant has immediate opening for an Oracle HCM Cloud Test Lead (Remote) forQE&A Practice. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Someone that values the "team" and leverages the opinions and expertise of their teammates to deliver quality.

Location: Dearborn, MI (Remote is allowed)

Job Description:

Collaborate with Process owners from the client and understand the change/enhancements/requirements in detail
Analyze the testable functions and devise a master test strategy
Develop functional test scenarios based on business requirements
Execute and identify issues/defects. Track, monitor and close issues/risks identified.
Report progress periodically to stakeholders and track it for closure.
