Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM are looking for an Oracle UK HCM Cloud consultant to join our expanding team. You will work closely with clients to capture requirements, come up with design solutions, offer expertise and provide guidance on good practices for successful delivery.

  • Leading design workshops to capture client requirements, providing good industry practice advice and recommendations
  • Configuring the HCM Cloud solution to match business and client requirements, and ensuring end to end design across ERP (e.g. across Absence, Time and Labour, Compensation, Payments)
  • Working with clients to identify and resolve any risks and issues arising from the deployment of technology solutions.
  • Supporting our clients through testing and go-live.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and managing their expectations on delivery and time scales within the scope.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience of at least two end to end Oracle UK HCM Cloud implementations.
  • Experience of two or more of the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules - Core HR, Talent, Performance, Recruit, HR Helpdesk, Learn and a good understanding of how HCM fits into the end to end design with other Oracle pillars e.g. Finance.
  • Excellent client facing skills and the ability to liaise with clients at all levels of seniority.
  • Experience of being customer focussed with strong documentation skills and able to work independently and unsupervised.
  • The ability to provide innovative, creative and practical solutions, whilst delivering value.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience with Public Sector Clients
