The Role:

Cognizant is looking for an expert and innovative Oracle Opera SME to serve our diverse base of global clients. The role is encouraged to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/standard methodologies to improve our services and technologies.

Location: Las Vegas NV | Remote

Experience: 10+ years

Responsibilities:

• Develop a clear product vision for OPERA Cloud implementation for hospitality clients aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Identify growth opportunities and prioritize features based on customer feedback competitive analysis and industry best practices.
• Work with engineering design and other stakeholders to set product requirements user stories wireframes and acceptance criteria.
• Drive the product development process from concept to release.
• Stay informed of industry trends competitors and new technologies.
• Conduct market research customer interviews and usability studies to inform product decisions.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for OPERA Cloud.
• Examine product usage data customer satisfaction and revenue metrics and use it to guide decisions to improve product performance.
• Work with internal teams (engineering sales support) and external partners.
• Share product updates roadmap and improvements with stakeholders.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• More than 10 Years of IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience preferably in the hospitality or SaaS industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud-based solutions APIs and integrations.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data identify trends and make informed decisions.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary is between $88000 - $132000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
