Job Description

Internal Tech teams manage and support our internal IT infrastructure, systems, and tools, ensuring operational efficiency, security, and continuous improvement, enabling employees to work effectively and securely with up-to-date technology resources. They bridge the gap between the company's overall IT strategy and the execution of that strategy to ensure the company selects and executes the right projects and programs.

As an Oracle PBCS Senior Data Engineer, you will need to ensure database availability, scalability, and performance, implement best practices for database management, designing and maintaining database infrastructure. Improve and maintain the existent/new calculations scripts and business rules while also maintaining the data integration flows between Oracle PBCS and other sources.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain & design calculation scripts and business rules for data calculations and consolidation (Essbase) 
• Maintain & design ASO & BSO Cubes and dimensions 
• Work with a multidimensional database 
• Maintain & design data integration flows between Oracle PBCS and other sources 
• Maintain & design REST API for Oracle PBCS 
• Seniority in implementing new features based on data requirements 
• Implement methods to improve data reliability and quality 
• Combine raw information from different sources to create consistent data 
• Proficient in data extraction and transformation using ad-hoc reports and analysis (Oracle Smart View for Office) 
• Perform data reconciliations 
• Create new reports, data forms, dashboards 
• Provide end-to-end support to business users 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivots, macros, etc)
