• Overall 15+ Years of Experience on Implementation of Enterprise PLM and 3-5 Years of experience on Oracle PLM Cloud.
• Min 2 Full Cycle Implementation experience on Oracle PLM Cloud - Product Development (PD), Product Data Hub(PDH) and Quality Management (NPI)
• Deep Understanding and Expertise of Product Master Management and Engineering Change Processes to support global R&D and Engineering Teams
• Experience in Driving Requirement Gathering and Business Process Workshops
• Experience in Data Migration from Legacy systems to Oracle PLM Cloud. Multi Source Migration experience will be a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical team members.
• A proactive and goal-oriented approach, with the ability to lead and drive projects to successful completion.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience on providing multi-country, multi-business unit support to clients
• Certification from Oracle University on Oracle PLM Cloud
