Job Description:

Mandatory Skills:

Experience in Oracle PLSQL is must.

Knowledge in SSIS & Autosys tool will be added advantage.

Must be ready to learn new technology as and when project requires.

Must be able to work directly with client and also communicate with offshore.

Provide production support and on-call support including problem analysis and resolution, including during and after work hours.

Perform analysis and resolve Problems/Issues/Defects within SLA.,

Good understand database design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Ability to work effectively with end-users, technical team members and management.

Must be able to multi-task and work independently, take initiative to prioritize and resolve problems

Execute and manage day-to-day operations via ticketing tools and processes (Incidents handling and KEDB based activities )

Ability to consistently follow through on assigned tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent Communication skill and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to have skills:

Primary Skill: Oracle PLSQL, Basic Unix scripting, Autosys

Desired skill: SQL Server ,SSIS

Years of experience required:

7 to 10 years
