Job Description

Title: Oracle PL/SQL Developer

Location: Washington, DC 20433

Hybrid Onsite: 4 Days per week from Day1.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Design data structure in Oracle database and develop Oracle PL/SQL programs to implement.
• Experience with cloud implementations is preferred.
• Support implementation of features based on UXM team recommendations.
• Prepare test cases and conduct unit/system testing prior to deployment.
• Provide resolution of bugs and enhance the product during stabilization phase.
• Participate in team meetings regularly and work closely with other ITS team members for the product development and deployment.

Minimum Selection Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related disciplines, combined with 10 years of relevant programming experience.
• Strong SQL knowledge and extensive experience developing and debugging complex queries.
• Extensive experience with Oracle PL/SQL and generating XML data using PL/SQL APIs.
• Detail-oriented, organized, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to work simultaneously on a variety of issues and tasks independently, adjusting to priorities and achieving results with agreed objectives and deadlines.
• Positive attitude towards new challenges; proactive; strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.

Technical Skills: Oracle PL/SQL, XML, XSL, HTML, PeopleSoft 9.2, People Tools 8.57/8.58, Integration Tools and Technologies, Familiarity with Angular framework.
